Arizona* January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage  Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $6.90 replacing wage of $6.75 per hour. Y
Colorado January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage and Discrimination    Effective January 1, 2008, minimum wage increased to $7.02 replacing wage of $6.85 per hour. Y
Florida* January 2008 State Minimum Wage Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $6.79 replacing wage of $6.67 per hour.  Y
Louisiana July 2007 Earned Income Credit Earned Income Credit has been updated to include 2007 gross income reporting information.   Y
Missouri January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage  Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $6.65 replacing wage of $6.50 per hour. Y
Montana January 2008 State Minimum Wage Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $6.25 replacing wage of $6.15 per hour.  Y

New Hampshire July 2007 Federal Minimum Wage, State Minimum Wage, and added required agency posting.  Criteria to Establish posting - will clarify definition of an employee and add to the criteria of an independent contractor                                                          Minimum Wage posting - Information will be added to Youth Employment section.                  Both postings will become effective January 1, 2008     Y
New Mexico* January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $6.50 replacing wage of $5.15 per hour. Y
New York* January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage Effective January 1, 2008 agency has added a new protective category on the basis of disability.  Y
Ohio January 2008 State Minimum Wage Effective January 1, 2008, minimum wage increased to $7.00 replacing wage of $6.85 per hour. Y
Oregon January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage  Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $7.95  replacing wage of $7.80 per hour.  Agricultural posting was also updated with new increase.  Oregon FMLA was also updated to expand FMLA purposes. Y
Vermont January 2008 Federal Minimum Wage Effective January 1, 2008 minimum wage increased to $7.68 replacing wage of $7.53 per hour.  Y
Washington February 2008 Your Rights as an Agricultural and                                                       Your Rights as a Non-Agricultural Worker  Expecting changes on Agricultural posters toward FMLA section. Y
